Founded in 1921, the Rotary Club of West Chester is an organization of business and professional leaders who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and work to build good will and peace in the world.
The Object of Rotary is to foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise through:
  • development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service;
  • promotion of high ethical standards in business and professions;
  • service in one's personal business and community life;
  • advancement of international understanding, good will and peace.

Rotary uses the "4-Way Test" as an instrument to develop respect and understanding among peoples.

  • Is it the TRUTH?
  • Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  • Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
