Jim Tupitza has been a real estate lawyer in Chester County for 48 years.  For much of that time he chaired the Chester County Bar Association’s joint real estate section with the Association of Realtors®.  He represents numerous brokerage companies and individual agents, as well as consumers in buying and selling real estate. He also litigates real estate issues.
